The Nokia C6-01 is a Symbian^3 smartphone from the Nokia C-series with a 3.2in AMOLED (640 x 360-pixels) display with capacitive touchscreen capabilities and Nokia’s ClearBlack technology for improved outdoor visibility. The first thing you will notice about the phone is how compact it is. Measuring 103.8 x 52.5 x 13.9mm, the C6-01 is definitely smaller than its better known competitors, although it is a few millimetres thicker.
Nokia C6-01 also sport an 8-megapixel camera that comes with a dual-LED flash and can shoot HD video at 720p. Although a major advantage, its 8-megapixel camera only comes as full-focus, meaning that while it can take detailed photos, there’s little user control. And like the C7, this new device is also a social networker’s dream with live feeds from your favorite social networks available on your home screen. It has full web browsing of real web pages with touch control. 
The Nokia C6-01 support microSD up to 32GB, if you are planning to make your own video or even store lots of mp3 on it. The battery life is solid, users can expect to see up to 17 days standby time and up to 11.5 hours talktime from the battery.
The C6-01 runs the Symbian^3 operating system. Symbian^3 supports three home screens, each with up to six widgets that the user can customize.
Not to be confused with the similarly-titled Nokia C6, the Nokia C6-01 enters the crowded smartphone arena at the lower end, and is priced accordingly.
