Nokia is a world leader in mobile communications, driving the growth and sustainability of the broader mobility industry.
Nokia connects people to each other and the information that matters to them with easy-to-use and innovative products like mobile phones, devices and solutions for imaging, games, media and businesses.
With this driving passion for innovation, Nokia has launches an array of multimedia devices and rich multimedia applications that we call next generation Series phones. The Nokia N-Series and E-Series phones.
The Nokia N-Series is attempting to set the agenda for mobile multimedia and produce the defining device category for this market.
Nokia calls the N-Series a multimedia computer: a fully converged, feature-rich class of device that it predicts will make single-purpose devices like the iPod obsolete.
The Nokia N-Series devices are optimized for either video, photography or music, and all are based on Symbian/Series 60, have high-end megapixel cameras, are music oriented and have good browsing.
N-Series like the Nokia N95 8Gb, N78, N96 16Gb, N93 3G, N800 and more. Where consumers can use a single device to enjoy entertainment, access information and to capture and share pictures and videos, whenever and wherever they want.
Nokia N-Series said it will also strengthen its retail strategy to extend a complete mobile experience to its users.
While N-Series is focus on photography, access information and entertainment, the Nokia E-Series (Executive Series) focus on sophisticated mobile multimedia communication device that offers a perfect balance between business and pleasure.
All the Nokia E-series models include amazing features like Series 60 platform 3rd Edition, QVGA or better displays, Wi-fi, push email, Bluetooth, EDGE and 3G high-speed data and lots more.
Further, the new Nokia E-series devices, combined with the Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite 8.0 platform, significantly enhance the potential for businesses to achieve new levels of productivity and competitive advantage.
Thus making Nokia E-series one of the most powerful business handsets offering mobility to smart businesses and professionals on the move.
Nokia E-Series like the E66, E71, E90 Communicator, E65, E61 and other E-Series are now out in the market.

Nokia unveiled the successor to the N95, and that is the new 16Gb N96 phone. Yes, you read it right! 16Gb on board memory. The Nokia N96 is the latest in Nokia’s Nseries line up and although the N95 is it predecessor, it is not a replacement for the N95.
The N95 and N96 does share many of their attributes and features, but the N96 has a better processor, and maybe a bit more RAM, but the changes on the N96 goes a lot deeper than that.
The N96 also has followed on in the design from the N81. With the dark gloss front face and aluminum side panels, it does indeed look rather nice. It has the two-way slide just like the N95, the multimedia controls easy to use via the downwards slide, and the expected T9 style keypad from the upwards slide.
I must say, I’m not overly keen on the amount of buttons placed around the dial pad, because this usually means lots of erroneous key presses like on the N81. However because the N96 is a physically bigger device, the keypad has enough space, making no room for error. Notice the 16Gb on board memory of the N96, that memory is enough to store 40 hours of video. WOW! That’s long! Beside that is the option of adding 8Gb memory cards or higher as well. Another lead feature for the N96 is the inclusion of DVB-H for receiving mobile TV. DVB-H is the specification for bringing broadcast services to battery-powered handheld receivers, was formally adopted as an ETSI standard in November 2004. A mobile TV on the N96 is an advantage designed for those people on the go, while sitting on the train, waiting for a colleague, at a bus stop or in a traffic jam, and the list is endless.
Now let us take a quick browse through the specifications list:

* 3G, HSDPA
* Symbian OS 9.3 S60 v3 Feature Pack 2
* 103mm x 55mm x 18mm
* 125g in weight
* 2.8 inch QVGA screen (240 x 320 resolution)
* BL-5F (950mAh) battery
* 16Gb on board memory, plus microSD memory card slot for expandability and flexibility
* 5MP Carl Zeiss Optics Camera with Dual LED Flash and with secondary VGA videocall camera
* VGA Video recording at 30FPS
* WiFi
* USB 2.0
* DVB-H (Mobile TV)
* 3.5mm headphone jack/TV out
* Bluetooth
* GPS

I tell you, this Nokia N96 16Gb really rock!
